I know, right? The constant reactivity of some white people that "they want to make us feel guilty" is, I think, disingenuous—obviously there's no direct responsibility... but there's current inaction and what I've called just refusing to STFU and listen to anyone else's story, truth. It's white people just taking centre stage again, "we're being wronged about ... your experience of injustice" (!) It's so outrageously insistent on keeping the focus. In the end, the claim of being made to "feel guilty" is just another way of shutting down the conversation entirely, as is all white fragility. It's really more like white refusal.
