I'm Canadian. I've always wondered how an elected rep or President could stay in power with these allegations (and my baseline is, believe the women) having been made. How does Matt Gaetz continue as a senator?

In Canada, with our parliamentary system, a simple no-confidence vote would have brought down the government and removed Trump from office in a day. But surely there is some other mechanism to use?

Hillary was an outstanding Secretary of State and would have made a great President. But apparently the focus is on demonizing LGBTQ2+ people via QAnon and pizzagate.

I know Biden has a problematic past. But I think it's a little unfair to put him in the same league as Brett Kavanagh. Being too touchy-feely is not in the same league as rape or cavorting with underage girls.

I do appreciate your insights and always trenchant criticisms, and always look forward to reading your take.

PS: I have to make a point of reading to the end of your articles - I'm ususally so filled with outrage at part one that I forget to read parts 2 and 3...!
