Just stumbled on AO's article and your response, and, as Peterson just keeps churning out the self-help tomes for the benefit of the young guys who missed Norman Vincent Peale and "How to Win Friends and Influence People," the debunking is, unfortunately, still sorely needed.

Honestly, just comparing that embarrassing taunt you shared (maybe you've condensed it from several examples, but still) with your clear, logical and passionate prose makes me cringe. I could almost feel sorry for the JP fans who dismissed you in such a calculatedly nasty way, if I didn't detect that unmistakeable whiff of fascism in the violence of their response.

I'm sure you'll keep pushing back, but it may be a case of, dare I say it? pearls before swine.
