Mr Kowalczyk:

Mr Rushkoff apparently has too much class to respond to this; luckily I don’t suffer from that handicap.

Authors don’t normally respond to negative posts trashing their book — it’s considered to be in poor taste. When the person doing the trashing hasn’t even read the book, it’s considered to be a waste of everyone’s time.

Damned if he does, damned if he doesn’t? I’m guessing more like doesn’t give a tinker’s damn.

You did not like the boldness of my comment so much that you made an extra effort to pull from it what was not there.
My comment was not trashing the book I did not read. I just said that self-promotion of the book was incoherently written and not convincing. I offered Mr. Rushkoff to write a review. He did not reply.
