OK, now I've got saucer-sized tears running down MY cheeks.

That's men for you. Clueless. Also, competitive.

Thank you for this touching, sadly-funny painfully honest and elegiac piece. Also, I trained as a classical pianist in my younger days, and because of that, I guess, I really sensed and enjoyed the underlying rhythmic structure of this, with its recurring elements going through variations quite similar to musical development. Very cool!
